Burnout Crash! Coming to iOS This Holiday Season

Electronic Arts announced on Wednesday that Criterion Games will be bringing Burnout Crash! to the iOS this holiday season. Now you can cause pileups and massive destruction from the comfort of your mobile device. Why, you could blow up cars, throw debris in the air, and rack up massive points while waiting on an elevator, sitting on the toilet or being stuck in traffic on a bus. What terrible, terrible irony.

According to EA's "The Beat" blog, the control scheme will be a mixture of taps and swipes, enabling you to "steer vehicles, trigger explosions, and rack up ridiculous scores across three game modes, 18 traffic junctions, and six unique locations." The retro 80s soundtrack features Vanilla Ice and Gloria Estaban (which, when I listen to them, makes me want to wreak mayhem on society) and you'll have Autolog support to connect with and compete against friends and rivals.
