A Harvester allows you to harvest the crops that you plant. A Tractor helps you plow the fields on your farm. For both of these you will need to purchase fuel tanks with Farmcash to make sure they can run. You have to be careful because the fuel can run out quickly and one fuel tank cost 3 Farmcash.
In conclusion, the tractor and Harvester are different because the harvester can only harvest the crops while the the tractor plows the land to make way for new crops.
