If the points are low, the ride will not and you will gain less cash. But you need to balance the points with how many rides you have and how much they cost because, before you reach level 25, you also need to get a lot of experience points to level up.

When you reach Level 25, you want to have the most exciting, entertaining theme park around. If you fail to do that, you will probably never get that super high rating you’re looking for in your park.
However, you must balance how you manage your excitement points when you are still at a lower level so that you can gain the XP you need to level up. If you can do both of those things successfully, you will find that excitement points are a fun addition to the game that makes building your park a much deeper experience.
