Because, hey, that's reasonable, a collector of rare video games has listed a Tetris Mega Drive cartridge signed by the game's creator on eBay for one million dollars.

Signed Tetris Mega Drive Cartridge Going for $1 Million on eBay

Described as "a rare if not THE RAREST videogame on earth" by seller shinsnk, this raggedy copy of classic puzzler Tetris, signed by game creator Aleksei Pazhitnov, is currently available on eBay for $1,000,000. So crack open your wallets.

Or, I don't know, don't, because that's a really unreasonable price for a video game, despite its proclaimed rarity.

The seller goes on to describe what makes this game worth the money you don't have:

"This is truly a rare, exclusive, elusive, obscure and desirable centerpiece grial [sic] for any collection, it has [it] all: great franchise (Tetris), great history (Sega vs Nintendo, you can google that), scarcity (very few copies) and exclusivity (signed by Alexei). You can expect no more."

And honestly, any listing that includes the words "you can google that" to back up its authenticity is, well... I mean, do I even have to waste words describing how ridiculous this is? I understand its historical significance and everything, but guh. A million dollars. Imagine what I could do with a million dollars. Happy Thursday, people. One more day 'till the weekend.
