We've passed judgement on our favorite (and least-favorite) VGA trailers. Now we're asking our Twitter followers to give their opinions.

While the awards themselves are subject of great debate, it can be argued that the main event of the Spike Video Game Awards are the new trailers that debut during the telecast. While we've ranked our favorites, we wanted to get the public opinion. Thus, we presented this question to our near 23,000 Twitter followers.

What was your favorite VGA trailer this year and why? We'll post the best answers, with one winning swag from our office.less than a minute ago via TweetDeckGamePro

The top vote-getter was our favorite too--the mix of intriguing cinematics and great in-game footage made Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception as much of a fan favorite as it was a critic's darling:

The second-most-popular pick took us by surprise. While we were underwhelmed by the Elder Scrolls V trailer, it curried a lot of fan favor. Here's are the viewers that hope to plan a trip to Skyrim next year:

With so many valid divergent opinions, it was tough to pick a winning Tweet. We decided to go with one that echoed a sentiment rarely fulfilled with videogame trailers. LocaConPistolas wins swag for noting that game trailers can do more than just blow stuff up--they can blow stuff up AND move us.

While E3 and TGS will still be (among) the premiere destinations for game reveals, the compact and widely-noticed Spike VGAs have become something of a trendsetter in videogame trailer debuts. With a new batch of blockbusters being shown off, we have high hopes for next year's new reveals.

What do you think of the opinions expressed above? Are there any suggestions you'd add? Please keep the conversation going be responding in the comment section below or by replying to GamePro on Twitter.
