According to a blog post on the PlayStation Blog, "PlayStation Store is Available and Updated Now." Personally, I'm still trying to get in; my connection keeps popping up with error code 80710D36, but many other users are reporting no problems logging in.

After the nearly month-long hiatus, you'll find all the games and DLC you would've normally had available during the service outage (check the blog for a complete list). But one notable thing is missing: the free "welcome back" games. The blog says, "It is currently in the final stages of testing and will be available to download soon." Judging by Sony's previous interpretations of "soon" and "this week," we should get access to that content sometime in early 2015.
