We posed questions relating to some of the day's top stories to our twitter followers, and they provided us with astute observations in less than 140 characters. Read on to see how our followers really feel.

To start the day, we brought up the significant price shifts of the day in the following tweet:

XBL sub prices are up (http://bit.ly/clOVD6 ) while DSi prices are down (http://bit.ly/bgaBRw). What price shifts do you see happening soon?less than a minute ago via TweetDeckGamePro

While we asked for thoughts on other price shifts, our user-base instead used the occasion to rail on Microsoft's price hike. Here's a few choice barbs thrown by GamePro followers:

@GamePro total dogshit on the live pricing. Costs have gone DOWN if anything.less than a minute ago via FlipboardThomas Ingham

@GamePro they're raising xbl yearly to 60$ and psn is still free! That's such crap I know times are tough but don't take it out on us.less than a minute ago via Twitter for iPhoneJohn Drelick

Later in the day, we used the news of corporate reorganization at Atlus to pique user thoughts on other companies that may not have much more financial life left in their bodies. Here's what folks had to say:

@GamePro I think THQ may be on the bubble. Despite many quality titles and many more in the pipe, they can't seem to turn a profit.less than a minute ago via DestroyTwitterParallax Abstraction

@GamePro It seems like every developer is one bad game away from closing. That's why its so easy to play it safe by iterating not innovatingless than a minute ago via TrillianRoss Polly

As you can see, gamers know that most moves being made in the industry are safe bets, which is not good news for experimental publishers like THQ and developers of quirky fare like Atlus. Hopefully we'll see both companies flourish in the coming months instead of floundering.
