Atlus is teasing a videogame-related Persona 4 announcement. Will it be getting a PSP port like its predecessor?
With Tokyo Game Show coming soon, Japanese publishers are starting to tease their announcements. The latest is a hint from Atlus that something Persona 4 related is on the way, most likely a PSP or Nintendo 3DS port.
In the most recent issue of Dengeki Magazine, it was revealed that an Atlus site teasing an announcement is Persona 4-related, and that more news will be coming in the next issue. And lest you think it has something to do with the anime under production, Dengeki has confirmed that it will indeed be a videogame.
So with that in mind, it sounds like Persona 4 is about to follow in the footsteps of its predecessor and get a portable port of some sort. Assuming that this is the case, expect a "girl mode" similar to that of Persona 3 Portable and other changes.
The official announcement should be happening soon.
