A Facebook like button has been available as an add-on to Chrome for two months, albeit without any formal announcement by either of the two respective companies.
TechCrunch just discovered this extension for Google’s browser today, which explains why the number of downloads remains a three digit number as of this writing.
This free download lets you like any web page, share content and commentary with Facebook friends and see how many other people have liked the material.
Once you install the extension, it appears to the right of the address field on Chrome’s toolbar, and as an option in the right-click menu.
