The zombie craze shows no sign of slowing down, with an open-world zombie game in the works for Xbox Live Arcade. What other genres are left for the undead to infest? We asked our Twitter followers for recommendations.

Despite the saturation of zombie-themed games in the marketplace right now, there's still plenty of untapped potential in terms of new genres for ghouls. After hearing about Undead Labs' XBLA-bound open-world undead title, we posed the following question to our 25,000-plus Twitter followers:

Activision Community Manager Dan Amrich's pick reminded us that some of these great ideas have been conceived but not brought to market--like the following game that blended zombie combat with vehicular manslaughter:
