Lost in yesterday's news that publishing giant Activision was killing off some of its biggest franchises including Guitar Hero was the fate of Freestyle Games, the company who created the mash-up rhythm title, DJ Hero. According to this report from Eurogamer, the studio is investigating its options with Activision, and as of yet, no decision has been reached. But expect further developments as the publisher continues to reorganize its priorities and its business strategy.
