This isn't a decree, but the name of a new downloadable game for PC and consoles. Robot Entertainment, a studio operated and owned by former Ensemble Studios founders (Halo Wars, Age of Empires), calls Orcs Must Die! an action-strategy game.
To me it looks like a mix between a 3rd person action game and the tower defense genre. It also looks really fun.
