Harmonix and Viacom announced a successful sale of the developer to... "Harmonix-SBE Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Columbus Nova, LLC."
That's right -- Harmonix essentially bought itself from Viacom, returning to its roots as an independent developer. The sale price was not disclosed, but you can bet Harmonix is worth a lot to itself.
