Ruffian Games is offering plenty of free content, from new arenas to expanded game modes, in Crackdown 2's newest batch of DLC. The Toy Box, available for download on Xbox Live Marketplace, includes a new Vehicle Tag mode, level 6 rewards, and the Keys to the City.
