Capcom community event Fight Club gets its first crack at Atlanta, Georgia on October 28, nearly one month after its Chicago event. Where will Fight Club go next?

The Fight Club events give Capcom fans a rare chance to play fighting games like Street Fighter IV and Super Street Fighter IV pre-release. The Chicago show relied exclusively on Marvel vs. Capcom 3, which is probably what's on the menu for Atlanta as Capcom is promising an MvC3 prize pack for attendees.

As is the case with most "exclusive" events, Fight Club sometimes causes drama for attendees. Gripes about the Chicago show found on media sites like Joystiq include poorly managed crowd control (including security issues), too-long lines, late start times, and class issues surrounding journalists with VIP passes being the only attendees permitted alcohol. Ventilation also sucks at most video game events (those machines generate a lot of heat), but choice of venue goes a long way toward avoiding the nasty wet fart smell of an overcrowded event.

Fight Club organizers say they've taken into account criticisms of Chicago's event and promise "tighter line control and security, as well as good ventilation." Regardless of improvements, get there early if you really want a prize pack and a shot at playing MvC3.

Fight Club Atlanta doesn't have a venue booked yet, so keep an eye on Capcom Unity and mark your calendars for October 28.
